Ampelite Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Victorian team based in Dandenong South.

The Role

Ampelite is seeking an experienced Customer Service (Office)/Data Entry Officer to join our already successful team in a permanent full time position. Hours are wide-ranging between 7.30am - 5.00pm.

Key duties will include
Receiving inbound calls to take customer orders
Liaising with customers regarding orders and deliveries
Handling orders received via email and EDI
Data entry of a high volume of customer orders
Internal liaison with despatch, sales and finance staff




Administration as required

To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong data entry speed and accuracy
Experience in high volume data entry of customer orders
High attention to detail
Strong customer service focus
Background in similar positions
