Valid work visa or Australian work rights required.
We are looking for an experienced chef/cook/kitchen hand who enjoys baking and preparing a wide range of meals to go as well as balancing a busy environment .
To be successful in this role we are looking for a supportive team person who:
· Proven knowledge of a busy commercial kitchen
· At least 2 years experience working in a similar workplace
· Is organised and systematic in their approach
· Pays attention to detail
· Has valuable knowledge of allergens and food and handling procedures.
· Holds a Food Safety Supervisor certification or is prepared to obtain one - min requirement food handling certificate
· Adaptable availability - weekend work will be required
· Early morning starts - no evenings required.
