Spicers is a national Company with offices and warehouses in every state and territory in Australia. We are a leading provider of products and services to the print, design and advertising industries. Our range is targeted to various print segments and includes fine paper, Visual Communication materials, synthetics, self-adhesives, packaging grades and a number of other substrates.

About this Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our busy internal sales team to provide an exceptional level of service to a wide variety of customers based in New South Wales and Queensland. Day-to-day you will answer phone and email enquiries, process orders and provide innovative solutions for your customers to meet their needs. You will also work closely with other teams such as External Sales, Warehouse, Supply and Samples to support timely and accurate ordering and delivery of customer goods.

Working in our Erskine Park office, you will report to the Internal Sales Manager. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with rostered shifts falling between 8am and 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email




Provide a high standard of customer service
Process orders in SAP, check stock availability and where required suggest alternative products
Build and maintain excellent knowledge of Spicers’ product ranges
Focus on and support sales of ageing stock
Provide direction to customers on our products and services
Work within in a small dedicated team
Liaise with external sales and warehouse teams to ensure service levels are achieved
Ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience:
Experience in the print, design, packaging, signage or label industry (desirable)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Experience using SAP (desirable)
Effective time-management skills
Drive, energy and a willingness to learn
