Azure Cloud Engineering role with solid automation focus

This is an excellent opportunity for a Cloud Engineer to join a high-performing platform team delivering critical infrastructure and cloud initiatives across a large enterprise environment. You'll play a key role in designing, building and supporting Azure infrastructure, while driving an automation-first approach to cloud engineering, platform delivery and operational improvement.

About the Role
Design, build and support Azure cloud infrastructure across enterprise platforms.
Lead infrastructure workstreams from solution design through to implementation.
Deliver infrastructure using Terraform, Azure DevOps, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
Drive an automation-first approach across cloud engineering and operational delivery.
Support complex project delivery while acting as a technical escalation point.
Improve platform security,



resilience and operational performance.
Produce high and low-level technical documentation and operational handover material.

About You
Strong Azure Cloud Engineering background within complex enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Ansible and modern automation practices.
Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, compute, storage and networking.
Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance platforms is highly regarded.
Comfortable working across both Windows and Linux settings.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
