Biwon is a Korean restaurant located in Eastwood.

We offer Korean-chinese style dishes in a fast-paced dining environment.

We are currently seeking a full-time Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
Cooking stir-frired korean/chinese dishes on wok
Preparation of meat and vegetables cut into exact sizes
Preparing and cooking noodles (all stages from flour mix to cooking)
Storage of ingredients and flour mix in correct temperatures
Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
Ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Supervising and training other kitchen staffs and cooks
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Requirements
Relevant experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen




Experience with Korean or chinese cuisine preferred
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment
Valuable teamwork and leadership skills
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
