We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support branch operations across Broome, Karratha and Tom Price. A great opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be the friendly, professional voice of Grace - coordinating bookings, supporting our external consultants, and ensuring every customer enquiry is handled with care and efficiency. You'll play a key role in keeping our branch operations running smoothly, from processing quotes through to coordinating deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Support the Admin/Branch Manager and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Promote Grace's services and assist with quotes, bookings and sales enquiries




Manage customer communications around uplifts, deliveries and storage, including handling complaints or claims

Administration
Provide general administrative support, including document processing and invoicing
Help maintain a safe, clean and well-organised work environment
