Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own the entire digital funnel – from paid channels to SEO, CRO and lifecycle — and work alongside a world class engineering and product team to scale a growing SaaS business.

The role

Location: North Sydney (hybrid, 3 days in office)

Salary: $150,000 package + super

Employment type: Full time permanent

About our client

Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company based in North Sydney, operating in a niche but rapidly expanding vertical.



They’ve built a product that’s genuinely loved by their customers and now they need someone to lead the charge on digital marketing — owning the strategy, managing agency partners, running paid campaigns, and working hand-in-hand with the product and engineering teams on conversion, retention and growth.

This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the CEO, with the autonomy to build the function from scratch and a explicit path to Head of Marketing as the team scales.

The opportunity

You’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire, which means this is a blank canvas role for someone who thrives on building, not just managing. You’ll own:
Paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
SEO strategy and execution
Email marketing and lifecycle automation
CRO – working with the engineering team on landing pages, flows and funnels
Content strategy and oversight
Marketing analytics and attribution
Agency and vendor management
