Hiring: Compensation & Benefits Specialist (3-Month Contract)

Location: Regents Park, NSW (100% Onsite)

Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Contract

Day Rate: $600 – $700 + Super (Flexible based on experience)

We’re partnering with a quick-paced manufacturing business based in Regents Park to bring on an experienced Compensation & Perks Specialist for an immediate-start 3-month contract.

If you love diving into reward structures, optimising benefits programs, and working closely with operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this one’s for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Reviewing and benchmarking existing base pay, wage structures, and site-based allowances.
Managing end-to-end benefits administration (health, insurance, and local perks).
Analyzing market data to ensure our pay structures remain competitive.
Ensuring compliance with relevant up-to-date awards,



agreements, and labor standards.
Collaborating directly with HR leaders and site managers to solve reward challenges.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven C&B; Experience: Strong background in salary benchmarking, job grading, and benefits management.
Industry Experience: Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is a huge plus.
Analytical Mindset: Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex HR/payroll data.
Onsite Presence: Able to commit to working 100% onsite at the Regents Park location for the duration of the contract.
