Role : Digital Information Developer

Location: Sydney, NSW

Duration: 12 Months

Digital Information Developer required for internal and external technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:
Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Degree-qualified or skilled certification in Technical Writing, Digital Communication, Information Design, or equivalent.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to quickly understand recent technologies and acquire recent skills.
Strong understanding of Plain English principles.
Experience with single-sourcing and content reuse.
Knowledge of source control tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence,



and SharePoint.
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Knowledge of API reference documentation principles.
Experience with style guides and separation of content and presentation.
Understanding of Knowledge Management principles, including information architecture, metadata, and taxonomies.
Familiarity with Information Development and UX design principles.
Experience with MS Office templates, automation, and styles.

Additional Requirement Looking for an immediate joiner with 5+ years of experience.
