Description

Delisio Pizza Romana in Subiaco is an Italian restaurant specialized in Roman style pizza.

The restaurant is currently seeking a Chef de partie with at least 3 years of experience in the same role.

The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in the same role and be able to:
Assist the owner/head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen;
Plan menus and estimating food requirements in conjunction with and under the supervision of the owner/head chef
Estimate costs and determine prices of the dishes
Organize and order the required food suppliers as food ingredients
Stock control
Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality of the ingredients supplied
Liaise with suppliers in order to ensure the best quality of the dishes




Maintain stock of all ingredients in regular manner and storing food
Prepare, cook and serve quality dishes in a effective and consistent manner
Supervise the presentation of the dishes
Enforcing and maintaining hygiene procedures.
Ensure that all ingredients adhere to safety standards.
Ensure that the quality of raw ingredients and cooked food are up to standard
Liaise and respond to the owner
Assist the owner/head chef in train and supervise kitchen staff
