Are you ready to lead high-impact client partnerships across some of Australia's most recognised brands? A leading media agency is seeking an experienced Digital Account Director to join their Melbourne team, working across a portfolio spanning ecommerce, finance, health, and lifestyle sectors.

This is a genuine opportunity for a strategic, people-first leader to take ownership of two client streams within a lean, cooperative implementation team, based in a buzzy office three days a week.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Digital, the Digital Account Director will manage an Account Manager and Account Executive, overseeing strategy, client relationships, and team performance across programmatic and social channels (search is managed by an external partner agency).

This role suits someone who leads from the front. While the primary focus is strategy, client management, and people leadership, the team occasionally needs hands-on support,



so a background with solid platform experience is highly valued.

Key responsibilities
Lead strategic direction and client relationships across two major client streams
Manage and mentor an Account Manager and Account Executive
Oversee delivery across programmatic and social campaigns
Drive client growth and retention through proactive account management

About you
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently
Demonstrated people management experience
Solid understanding of digital advertising
Comfortable getting hands-on with platforms when needed
