Civil Plant Operators | Multiple Roles Across Adelaide

$40.00 - $48.00 per hour + Penalties

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for multiple opportunities across the Adelaide metropolitan area. We have ongoing work available with reputable civil contractors delivering road construction, subdivisions, earthworks, infrastructure and utility projects. What's On Offer
Pay rates from $40.00 - $48.00 per hour + penalties
Ongoing Monday to Friday work with overtime available
Immediate starts
Multiple sites across Adelaide
Opportunity for long-term and Temp to Perm positions
Weekly pay
Work with established civil contractors

Available Operator Roles

We are currently seeking experienced operators with one or more of the following:
Excavator Operators
Front End Loader Operators
Skid Steer Operators
Roller Operators
Multi-Skilled Plant Operators

Key Responsibilities
Protected operation of civil plant and machinery
Bulk and detailed earthworks




Trenching and excavation works
Loading trucks and stockpile management
Final trim and finishing work (where applicable)
Road construction and subdivision projects
Daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
Working safely within site procedures and WHS requirements
Assisting with general civil labouring duties when required

To Be Successful You Will Have
Demonstrated experience operating civil plant machinery
Relevant plant tickets/RII competencies
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work well within a team
Civil construction experience highly regarded

Desirable
HR or HC Licence
GPS machine control experience
Final Trim experience
