We are looking for a part-time Cook who enjoys working as part of a team to create excellent food and beverage experiences for our guests. You will support the Kitchen team with daily tasks to ensure smooth service for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts as well as in room dining.

Your Responsibilities Will Include




Prepare and ensure availability of mis en place as required
Help chefs with food preparation, plating, and garnishing
Maintain a clean and hygienic setting whilst maintaining high product quality and presentation
Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
Ensure your area of the kitchen is cleaned to the highest standards
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained, reporting any problems to the Head Chef
Receive deliveries, unpack produce and store stock
General Kitchen cleaning tasks
Work closely with senior chefs to develop your culinary skills
