About The Role:

We're seeking a full time Security Advisor BDM with a passion for building lasting client relationships, a strong background in Account Management, and an interest in cutting-edge security technology.

As the Security Advisor BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying new business prospects, manage inbound enquiries to provide temporary site security in the Residential, Commercial, Civil, Council and Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:




Close recent business across construction, civil, residential & government sectors
Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into active projects
Attend sites to scope and recommend tailored security solutions
Present clear, high-quality proposals to clients
Build long-term relationships and grow existing accounts
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Report directly to the National Development Manager

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management
Good understanding of surveillance technology and security systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and clients simultaneously
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working
