Key Responsibilities - Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to enquiries
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining call quality and accuracy
Record and update customer information
Escalate complex matters where required




Deliver a consistently high level of customer service About You - Previous contact centre experience is essential
Demonstrated experience handling high-volume inbound calls
