Technology plays a critical role in enabling Council's current and future direction, improving the experience of residents and employees,



and ensuring the organisation remains secure, connected and equipped to respond to emerging opportunities.

Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, the Chief Information Officer is responsible for providing strategic, operational and people leadership across Brimbank City Council's Information Management and Technology function. The CIO will lead Council's technology and digital strategy, modernising legacy systems and strengthening enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, artificial intelligence and digital service delivery. A key focus will be the Connected Brimbank transformation program, including the implementation and adoption of enterprise platforms.
