Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for technology-driven HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects in domestic and international markets
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs




Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in SaaS/HR tech/IT sector)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in B2B sales and enterprise client handling
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
