About the Role
As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting supported employees between designated pick-up and drop-off locations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all passengers.
This position generally involves morning and afternoon runs, with approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. Employment may be offered on either a casual or part time basis, with hours and engagement arrangements to be confirmed. Final schedules and paid hours will be determined in accordance with operational requirements, the applicable award, and any approved employment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport supported employees to and from work
Complete daily vehicle safety checks
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all passengers
Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle
Comply with all road rules and company policies
Essential Requirements
Current and valid Australian Driver Licence appropriate for the vehicle
Valuable driving record
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Good communication and interpersonal skills
