At Mörk, we make chocolate from bean to bar at our production facility in North Melbourne. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Casual Chocolatier / Production Assistant to support our team creating the world-class chocolate products our customers enjoy every day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with quality products, takes pride in consistency and is happy to roll up their sleeves as part of a small, passionate team.

What you'll be doing
Moulding and finishing chocolate products
Producing chocolate morsels and supporting day-to-day production
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Assisting with chocolate production based on your skills and experience
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-secure workspace
Working collaboratively to keep the production team running smoothly

About you

You'll ideally have
Experience working with chocolate, pastry or food production
Great attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic




The ability to work well as part of a small team

Chocolate experience is highly regarded. If you've worked with chocolate before, there will be prospects to take on more specialised production as your experience grows.

What we offer
Casual position with regular ongoing shifts
Approximately 15–30 hours per week, depending on production requirements
Monday to Friday roster – no weekend work
