About the Role
This is a outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Handy Person to work with our team on our smaller works and projects. The role would involve hands-on carpentry and building works for our maintenance services & small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas. The role also includes a company supplied vehicle.
Duties Include:
Adapting to rapid-changing situations
Minor building and carpentry works for our small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas
Completing WHS documentation
Some measuring, setting out and organising of trades
Skills & Experience
Carpentry trade or equivalent qualification (desirable but not necessary)
Full Australian working rights
Valid driver's license
Experience leading a small team (desirable but not necessary)
Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
Basic email and PC use for site inductions and office correspondence
