As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Full time Administration Team Leader to lead our administration team and support the day-to-day operation of our business.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll lead a team of four Administration Officers while remaining hands-on in the delivery of administrative and business support services. You'll also receive training across key finance functions and provide support to ensure continuity of operations during periods of leave or increased business demand.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior administrator ready to step into their next leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Lead,



coach and support a team of four Administration Officers.
Allocate, prioritise and monitor workloads to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Foster a positive, team-oriented and customer-focused team workplace.
Oversee and support the day-to-day administration function of the business and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure exceptional customer service and professional reception standards.
Process customer invoicing and assist with accounts receivable, including debtor follow-up and account reconciliations.
Process supplier invoices and assist with accounts payable, including payment preparation and supplier account reconciliations.
Assist with payroll preparation and associated employee administration.
Prepare electronic bank payments for approval.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, filing syst
