About Us

Harmony Auto is a quick-growing automotive group representing leading EV brands including BYD and DENZA. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our DENZA Kew Service Centre.

This is an exciting prospect to join a premium EV brand and play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service journey while working closely with our workshop team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and manage service bookings, enquiries and vehicle drop-offs.
Provide professional advice on servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements.
Prepare repair orders, service estimates and customer documentation.
Liaise with technicians to monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers.
Coordinate vehicle collections and ensure timely completion of service work.
Process warranty claims and service-related documentation where required.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate service records using dealership management systems.
Work closely with the Service Manager and workshop team to ensure efficient daily operations.





Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Good computer skills and experience using dealership management systems is preferred.
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Current Australian Driver Licence.

Highly Regarded
Experience working with premium automotive brands or electric vehicles (EVs).
Experience using Pentana, Revolution, Era or similar dealership management systems.
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
