We’re a busy, family-owned building company with a welcoming on-site café—and we’re looking for a passionate Barista to join our team! This role offers approximately Casual 15 – 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face behind the coffee machine, serving up great coffee and helping create a warm and relaxed café experience for our team, clients, and visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and serving quality espresso coffee and beverages
Assisting with food prep, service, and general café duties
Offering excellent customer service with a warm, qualified approach
Maintaining café cleanliness, including open and close routines
Helping with stock rotation and straightforward restocking as needed
Occasionally answering customer queries in person or over the phone

What We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience in a café or similar setting
Ability to work 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
A positive attitude and solid communication skills
Comfortable in a casual, down-to-earth team environment
