About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our Seacliff Golf Course team. This role combines customer service in the golf pro shop, Golf Club bar and café duties, ensuring a welcoming experience for golfers and guests. Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to golfers and guests

Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks

Manage tee time bookings and answer customer inquiries

Assist with golf merchandise sales, equipment rentals, and minor repairs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and café area

Operate point-of-sale systems for both retail and café transactions

Follow food safety and hygiene standards in café operations

Restock café supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained

Qualifications & Skills

Solid communication and customer service skills

Previous barista experience or willingness to learn

Interest in golf or previous experience in a pro shop is a plus

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills to manage bookings and sales

Responsible persons badge

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
