Cafe All-Rounder (Casual) – Cafe Fred | Penrith

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Cafe All-Rounder to join our close-knit team at Cafe Fred in Penrith.

About the role
Casual position
Weekdays only – no weekends
Flexible hours between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm
Immediate start available
Long-term chance for the right person

What you’ll be doing
Taking customer orders and providing exceptional service
Making coffee (barista experience is an advantage)
Preparing and serving food
Maintaining a clean and organised café
Working as part of a positive and supportive team

About you
At least 1 year of café or hospitality experience




Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
Able to work efficiently in a busy setting
A team player with a positive attitude
Available to work weekday mornings and afternoons
Ideally local to the Penrith area
