Barista – franky and co roselands We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Head Barista to help launch and lead our recent, premium coffee lounge in roselands shopping centre. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes coffee, thrives in a fast-paced but quality-focused setting, and wants to play a key part in building something current from the ground up.

About the Role: Establish workflow systems and quality standards set the tone for a high-end café experience Once open, you will oversee daily barista operations, maintain consistency, lead the barista team, and uphold the premium standards of our brand.

We are looking for someone who: Is deeply passionate about coffee, its craft, and ongoing innovation Has years of barista experience across a variety of cafés and styles Possesses a strong understanding of specialty coffee, roasting, extraction, and menu development Is a natural leader who can guide a team and improve efficiency without compromising quality Brings energy, motivation, and professionalism.

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
