About the role

Concept Cabinets is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our skilled team in Thomastown, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our cabinet manufacturing operations, crafting high-quality custom cabinetry. You will work in office in our Thomastown factory.

Key responsibilities
Construct and assemble custom cabinets according to client specifications and technical drawings
Operate and maintain a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
Select and prepare materials, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
Install hardware, hinges, handles and other fittings with precision and care
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure projects are completed to specification and on schedule
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker
Advanced proficiency in operating woodworking machinery, including table saws, routers, sanders and edge-banding equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD specifications accurately
Solid understanding of wood joinery techniques, finishes and assembly methods




Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to quality craftsmanship and skilled workmanship standard
