What You’ll Work On
Real-time trading infrastructure supporting global trading operations
Low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems written in modern C++
Trade lifecycle, reference data, and trading integrity platforms
Architecture and design of business-critical engineering systems
End-to-end ownership from design and development through to production support
Platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence initiatives
Automation, deployment,
and risk management across production environments
Collaboration with trading, infrastructure, and software engineering teams
Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership across the team
Required Skills
5+ years' experience building and operating production software systems
Solid up-to-date C++ development experience
Excellent computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, operating systems, networking)
Strong Linux/Unix experience
Experience with the full software development lifecycle
Solid problem-solving skills and experience delivering complex technical projects
Experience working with scalable, production-critical systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
