About the role:

Classic Meats Perth supplies portion control and all processed meat requirements to our network of foodservice distribution facilities that supply to hotels, restaurants, clubs and institutions across Perth.

Duties:
Prepare, portion cut and pack fresh meat
Ensure customer requirements are met
Maintain product integrity and time constraints
Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to OH&S;

Skills and Experience:
Butchery certificate
Specialist in portion control
Experience with high-volume cutting
A sound knowledge of stock control procedures
Excellent people skills and communication
Ability to work under pressure
Precision and attention to detail
