About the role

107 Coffee Terminal is a busy, well-established café in Capalaba known for serving high-quality coffee, fresh food, and providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Barista to join our friendly team. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities
Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee
Creating silky textured milk and latte art
Making cold drinks including frappes, milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juices, mocktails and other café beverages
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Taking customer orders and processing POS transactions
Assisting with food running and general front-of-house duties when required
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area
Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services
Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

About you
Previous café barista experience is essential
Confident working on a commercial espresso machine
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure




Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Reliable, honest and punctual
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
High attention to cleanliness and presentation
Available to work weekdays and weekends
Able to work as part of a close-knit team
Looking for long-term employment
