About the Role

Ridgeline Recruitment is currently seeking experienced All Round Operators to join a growing mining operation in Western Australia.

This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster working in the Goldfields region within a production mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a range of heavy mining equipment including excavators, dozers, graders and loaders within a hard rock mining environment.
Perform production mining activities including load and haul, road maintenance, floor clean-ups, stockpile management, and material movement.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections, Take 5s, and hazard reporting while maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards
Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure efficient material movement

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an All Round Operator within a hard rock mining environment.
Demonstrated operating experience across a combination of Graders, Dozers, and Excavators (120T+), with all machine combinations considered.




Ability to operate as a back-up Production Excavator Operator when required.
Previous experience within a gold mining or production mining environment is highly desirable.
Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
Current Australian driver’s license
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
Positive attitude and robust team focus
