About the Role
Researching and identifying prospective clients, target markets and key decision-makers.
Conducting outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Introducing the company's services and qualifying recent business opportunities.
Booking meetings and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular pipeline updates. Preparing meeting agendas, reports and presentations.
Assisting with proposals, presentations and business development initiatives.
Monitoring emails, coordinating follow-up actions and handling confidential information.
Managing the Managing Director's calendar, meetings and travel arrangements.
Providing proactive administrative support and assisting with occasional personal tasks.

About You




Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, appointment setting or outbound sales.
Confidence building relationships with senior decision-makers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commercially minded and results-driven.
Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail
Proactive, reliable and adaptable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and managing a wide-ranging workload.

About the perks
$70,000 - $90,000 + Super, depending on experience.
