The Role
Generate 15–20+ recent managements each month.




Conduct rental appraisals and convert recent business prospects.
Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling and relationship building.
Build long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up leads.
Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure exceptional client service.
Represent the business at networking events and within the local community.
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
Achieve and exceed monthly growth targets.

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Business Development Manager.
Proven history of consistently securing 15–20+ new managements per month.
Driven, competitive and motivated by financial success.
