Senior Project Manager (ERP & Business Applications)

Location: Sydney | Status: Permanent / Full Time

Accountable for the successful end‑to‑end delivery of complex ERP and Business Applications projects within a professional services workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a variety of concurrent professional services projects across ERP & Business Applications (MS Dynamics experience preferred).
Guide projects ranging from 1–2 month engagements through to complex, multi‑stream and phased roadmaps of initiatives.
Own accountability for delivery outcomes across assigned cloud and digital projects, ensuring contractual, commercial, and customer objectives are met.
Manage project financial performance, including budget baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection.
Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, setting expectations clearly and communicating impacts, trade‑offs, and decisions transparently.

What We’re Looking For




Minimum ten years’ experience in Project Management, with five years’ operating at a senior level.
Experience delivering large ERP/Business Applications projects (MS Dynamics preferred) within a professional services, IT consulting, or outsourced delivery environment.
Experience operating within rapid‑paced, high concurrent project volume environments within billable, margin‑driven delivery models.
Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
Highly proactive, outcome‑driven, and comfortable making decisions in complex environments.
