Launched in 2013, Industry Beans is an award-winning specialty coffee roaster, café operator and retail brand. From its flagship location in Fitzroy, Industry Beans roasts daily for its own venues, a family of premium hospitality venues around Australia and a large online community.

The Role:

At Industry Beans, we're passionate about coffee and committed to excellence. Our fulfilment team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately for our multiple sales channels including e-commerce and wholesale.

Reporting to the Warehouse and Dispatch Manager, the Warehouse & Dispatch Team member works with a skilled team to receive, handle all pick pack, dispatch and general warehousing duties.

We have both Full time and a Casual roles available.

This position has the following responsibilities:
Creating stock products, including packaging, grinding coffee, and assembling bundles.
Picking, packing, and fulfilling orders with precision.
Updating orders based on input from Customer Service and Account Managers.
Managing stock control systems and assisting with stocktaking tasks.




Organizing and moving stock within the warehouse.
Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the workspace

You will be perfect for this role if you have:
Available to work Monday to Friday.
Familiarity with digital order and dispatch management systems.
Previous experience in a pick-and-pack role (preferred).
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, energetic environment.
A forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
