Everi Pty is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Executive and Head Chef in a busy hotel kitchen. You will help supervise chefs, cooks and stewarding staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and HACCP compliance.
You will work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, and play a key role in training and developing the kitchen team while collaborating with senior chefs on menu ideas for special offerings to delight guests and the local community.
