They are dedicated to creating unique living spaces that reflect the individuality and lifestyle of each client.

The Chance:

We're seeking a Contract Administrator with 3+ years experience across residential construction. Based in Perth working across exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing contracts, negotiating terms, overseeing procurement processes,



and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
Analyzing contract performance and resolving and issues that may arise

Qualifications:
3+ years experience in Contract Admin across residential construction
Skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
Solid Analytical Skills
Experience in Procurement
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
