Contracts Administration Officer (Domestic)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Contracts Administration Officer to join our Domestic Contracts on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Tuncurry Head Office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, reporting, complex invoicing, data review, and customer service. You'll play an key role in supporting council contracts and ensuring billing and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

· Prepare and issue monthly contract claim invoices

· Produce accurate council and internal reports

· Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources

· Maintain contract records and filing systems

· Follow up outstanding payments and account queries

· Respond to customer enquiries and provide administrative support

· Liaise with internal stakeholders, councils, and customers to ensure contractual obligations are met

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Previous administration experience

· Solid analytical and data interpretation skills

· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills





· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

· A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
