Executive Assistant to CEO

An exciting chance has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Agribusiness with a strong community focus and international operations.

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing high-level executive support while acting as the link between Australian and Chinese stakeholders. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, along with the ability to translate and interpret business communications. They are seeking someone with experience working with Chinese stakeholders, strong cultural awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships across local and international teams.

The Role
Provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Coordinate Board and Executive meetings, including agendas, minutes and action items.
Translate and interpret business communications and presentations.
Manage complex diaries, travel and executive priorities.




Prepare reports, presentations and Board documentation.
Build strong relationships across Australian and international stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by embracing technology and AI.

About You
Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Experience working with Chinese stakeholders while understanding Australian workplace culture.
Confident, proactive and highly organised.
Strong judgement with the confidence to make decisions.
Collaborative, adaptable and emotionally intelligent.
