Lead Dentist at a well-established practice in the Bunbury region.

You'll be given real influence, working collaboratively with an experienced practice management team to shape clinical standards, mentor colleagues and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice. The clinic operates as a modern, fully digital environment, including an in-house digital laboratory, giving you and your team the tools to deliver high-quality dentistry.

About You
You are an experienced general dentist with demonstrated leadership within a dental practice and a genuine passion for mentoring and developing other clinicians. You bring strong communication and relationship-building skills and sound business acumen.

Previous experience leading teams or managing a multi-dentist practice will be highly regarded, along with a commitment to ethical, patient-centred dentistry and continuous clinical improvement.
