Opportunity:
A general dental practice in the Springfield area is looking for a dentist to work Wednesday and Saturday. The scope is genuinely broad. The centre offers general and preventive care, restorative work, root canal treatment, extractions including wisdom teeth, crowns and bridges, dentures, veneers, whitening and clear aligners, so you are not limited to a narrow slice of general dentistry. Patients come through as a mix of families, children under the Child Dental Perks Schedule, and emergency and same day presentations, which keeps the case mix wide-ranging across both days.

Key Highlights:
Wide treatment scope rather than check up and clean work only
Clear aligner, implant and cosmetic cases available in house
Emergency and same day presentations for hands on variety
Seven dentists on site to discuss cases with
Full reception and sterilisation support so you stay chairside

Key Responsibilities:
Provide general dentistry across examinations, restorative, preventive and paediatric care
Complete extractions, including surgical cases within your scope
Undertake root canal treatment and crown and bridge work
Assess and treat emergency and walk in presentations
Present treatment plans clearly, with honest discussion of options and costs




Maintain accurate clinical records and meet infection control standards

About You:
You are an AHPRA registered dentist who wants a role with variety rather than a repetitive book. You are confident across restorative and surgical general dentistry, happy to take on endodontic cases within your scope, and interested in growing your cosmetic and aligner work. Clear communication is key given the volume of new and emergency patients, and you should be comfortable making decisions independently while still valuing a team around you. Both Australian trained and overseas trained dentists with current general registration are welcome to apply.

The practice sits in the Springfield area, roughly 15 minutes from Ipswich and within reach of Brisbane's southern and western suburbs by road or rail. Free parking is available on site.
