About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FEMALE Support Worker to support a female client in West Footscray for Community Access and Respite services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support to participants in the community.
Assist with daily living skills and goal‑focused activities.
Foster independence, inclusion, and confidence.
Maintain accurate progress notes and uphold participant confidentiality.
Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Valid Driver’s Licence + access to a reliable vehicle
Previous disability/community support experience
