Disability Youth Support Workers | Morphett Vale, SA

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide support to a female participant in Morphett Vale, South Australia.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum Certificate III in relevant Disability or Community Service field
Experience supporting youth and/or individuals with complex behaviours (highly preferred)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Reliable transport and a valid South Australian driver’s licence
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Must be available for a variety of shifts, including passive (sleepover) shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Providing emotional, social,



and practical support to young people
Assisting with daily living skills and routines
Supporting education and community engagement
Implementing behaviour support strategies and care plans
Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
