Life Without Barriers seeks a Therapeutic Youth Worker (Significant Disabilities) to support young people aged 12–17 in a residential setting. This permanent and casual role focuses on trauma-informed care, skill development and building positive relationships.
You’ll work with a dedicated team to ensure a secure, homelike setting where each young person can thrive, learning life skills and problem solving, with shifts including afternoons, overnights and weekends.
