A fantastic opportunity is now available for knowledgeable and passionate Speech Pathologists to a growing team of speech pathologists In this rewarding chance, you will manage your own caseload and will have access to regular clinical supervision and support where needed. This is an opportunity to work both collaboratively and with autonomy within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians. In this role you will:
Provide high-quality speech pathology services across a diverse case-load (also open to talking about any specialisations you can bring to the team!).
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, and have exceptional client and customer engagement skills.
Contribute to the growth of the speech pathology program,



and for experienced practitioners an chance to supervise and mentor graduates and to shape speech pathology offerings.
Support participant outcomes in a safe and effective manner.
Develop and deliver therapy programs, holistically and using outside the box thinking.
Have the opportunity to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Speech Pathologists will have
Relevant degree qualification in Speech Pathology
Current membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Working knowledge of the NDIS (preferred, but not essential)
Old Government Disability Worker Screening Check
Proven goal-oriented and person-centred approach/mindset
Ability to work autonomously, within a team environment
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
Current (open) drivers license
