The Role

As a Senior HSE Advisor, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the employees, subcontractors, clients, and the public. Your expertise and guidance will be critical in promoting a culture of safety and minimizing the risk of accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.

This full-time role will be position working across multiple sites in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
Positively influence, and advise leaders and workers on HSEQ matters, requirements under legislation,



and drive forward a strong safety culture.
Maintain a sound knowledge of current legislation, policies and guidelines.
Facilitate audits and assist with site toolbox talks.
Lead allocated site visits, inspections, incident investigations.
Review/update Plans, Risk Assessments, Protected Work Method Statements, procedures, and other documents as required in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Manage complex issues around worksite safety.
Lead and develop the HSEQ team, providing guidance and knowledge.

To be considered for this role you must
Hold a Cert IV in OH&S; or a safety diploma.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Have solid experience working in the Civil Construction industry.
Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
