About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will manage a portfolio of clients while working closely with a high-performing team to deliver tailored Tax and Business Advisory services.

You will play a hands-on role in client engagement, technical delivery, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SME and private clients
Review tax compliance (companies, trusts, individuals)
Deliver advisory services
Business strategy and growth planning
Lead, mentor,



and review work of junior team members
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
Contribute to practice growth and business development

About You
CA or CPA qualified
5–8+ years’ experience in public practice (business services/tax)
Robust technical tax knowledge across Australian tax legislation
Proven experience managing clients and reviewing work
Commercial mindset and ability to provide practical advice
Robust communication and leadership skills
