We're a Gold Coast-based design, construction and development group with a solid delivery track record across Australia and the Pacific. We're expanding into South East Queensland residential development and are looking for a Development & Acquisition Manager to lead our site acquisition and feasibility work as we build out a premium development pipeline.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows the SEQ market and enjoys the hunt — identifying, assessing and securing the right sites. And because we design, manufacture and deliver our own building product, our cost and delivery model means sites can stack up for us that wouldn't for a conventional developer — so there's more to chase, and more that gets across the line.

What you'll do

Identify and secure development sites across SEQ (englobo and infill), including off-market opportunities.

Run feasibility and due diligence — highest-and-best-use, yield, planning, cost and returns.

Build and manage relationships with agents, landowners, planners and consultants.

Work closely with our design and delivery teams to take sites from acquisition through to development.





What you'll bring

Proven experience in property development and/or land acquisition in SEQ.

Solid feasibility and due-diligence skills, and sound commercial judgement.

An established network across agents, planners and the local market.

The drive to source and close deals, and the rigour to assess them properly.

A real cost and delivery advantage — we design, manufacture and deliver our own product, so feasibilities stack up that others can't make work.

A genuine pipeline and the backing to act on it — an established group entering a growth phase, not a startup.

End-to-end capability behind every project, from design through manufacture to site.

A senior role with real ownership of the acquisition function and room to grow with the company.
