Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel reservations
Book and manage flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and promotions
Process changes, cancellations, and special requests
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process
