In this role you will:
Support customers to optimise sales results
Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sales, inventory and promotional activities
Liaise with customers to ensure orders are processed
Provide customers with updates on promotions
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assist Sales Representatives with customer orders

Requirements
Exceptional customer service and internal account management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a definite advantage
